On the topic of creepy, please see, the WELL!

I love this thing.  Pre-Civil war well, you don’t see them on properties often 😉   We love it.  It actually has a spicket that goes to it so I can water plants (although I have yet to use it for such purpose).

The township requested the previous owners to fill it in prior to closing!   We almost lost it!   It’s a working piece of history.    Well, the good news – they listened to reason and we were allowed to keep it open.
