June 27, 2008 - 6:34 am - True - the bodegas are scattered around liberally. But they won't be here that much longer in most areas as they are getting squeezed out by better supermarkets and local shops. Its one thing I will never miss about the "old Brooklyn".
June 25, 2008 - 4:51 pm - Nope, definitely not, it just happened to be in the direction I was going! Optimo's are definitely staples of Brooklyn, however.
