July 7, 2008 - 5:51 pm laura bruen - Completely. We're doing this ourselves. Scary and exciting at the same time. Surprisingly enough, the electrical was all updated, nothing was needed - plumbing again, staying the same. But Lath and Plaster? Ugh! We're just a tiny bit burnt out from it though, takes a lot out of you. I can only imagine what it would be like to do a kitchen. Although, imagining would be all that would happen! I would leave that one - - I think (but reserve my right to change my mind) to the experts.

July 7, 2008 - 1:56 pm mrslimestone - Isn' t it scary to have this done? Whenever I get to this stage, I always think ' Well, there is no turning back now!' and have a mini panic attack before getting back to work :)
