		<description>Completely.   We&#039;re doing this ourselves.  Scary and exciting at the same time. Surprisingly enough, the electrical was all updated, nothing was needed - plumbing again, staying the same.  

But Lath and Plaster?  Ugh!  

We&#039;re just a tiny bit burnt out from it though, takes a lot out of you. 

 I can only imagine what it would be like to do a kitchen.  Although, imagining would be all that would happen!   I would leave &lt;em&gt;that&lt;/em&gt; one - -  I think (but reserve my right to change my mind) to the experts.</description>
