Jackie & Ed are married! Some of you may remember Jackie & Ed’s Engagement Session, which, mind you, I posted after they were married! Whew. I’ve been ridiculously busy. I have the BEST CLIENTS EVER, who understand that as a working mom of 2, I have a very, very full plate. They say, good things come to those who wait, now, don’t they? Without further delay, I present some of my favs (and there are just so many more) from the newly married Jackie & Ed’s wedding day!
Jackie has one of the most genuine smiles and laughs I have ever witnessed. In case you missed their NJ Engagement Photography Session, Jackie and Ed are extremely animated – wearing their emotions on their sleeves at all times, so I knew I was in for it.
I arrive at Jackie’s house and I of course get my usual welcome!

Some details…

Beautiful invitations by Jessica over at JMoxie.

I love hydrangeas.

There’s always something special about the first time a Mother sees her daughter in her dress on the big day.

She’s a vision!

Dad

The girls.

I get to the church only to see that the guys are doing exactly what I thought they were doing. BUSTED. Ed, the groom is in the middle, with the fire hat.

The handsome groom.

“Forever Beloved”

Choking up a bit…

Like little kids!

Married!

I love this teary eyed portrait of Grandpa, as he’s talking to the groom on the receiving line.

“Somebody feed the Bride!” I yelled, but nobody listened!

Maid of Honor Duties!

First Dance

A dance with Dad, starts out slightly emotional…

Dad’s always know the right thing to say…

Yum. Cake.

The table names were in Gaelic.

Party People

Lest we forget the Irish Jig

And a celebratory cigar…

This dance floor was PACKED all night.
