    It’s a cast iron set, and I purchased it locally at a store in Middletown, NJ “Add-On Pools”. They have all sorts of nice patio / outdoor furniture in there.

I was driving into my driveway today and stopped to take a quick shot.  Tree identification – conical blooms, bloomed about 4 days ago.  Any idea what type of tree this is?  It is about 30 feet tall…

    I think you are correct with the crabapple…….the second one, though, maybe a hemlock? DOes it get really cute little tiny pine cones, less than an inch big?

    Dawn…I’ll have to go look. I’m actually thinking of planting one of those gold colored hemlocks in the front – you know, the ones that go to 50 feet? This one doesn’t remind me of a hemlock, but I’ll go out and take a closer look on a day it’s NOT raining!

Note: Of immediate concern: antique brick walkway and stained river rock. I’d like to think we at least knew what we were getting into when we purchased this property. I was just having a conversation with one of my clients and we were talking about how owning this house adds another full-time job to the…
