exhibit: spy house mansion / seabrook-wilson house.

Since it’s almost Halloween and I was obsessed last week with all of the creepy stuff going on at home - I packed my scouting assistant, Joe, and the two kids in the car last week and drove to the Seabrook-Wilson House (A.K.A.) Spy House Museum.

This house is waterfront. Known for being an Inn during the Revolutionary War (amongst other things over the years) and is considered to be the first house built on the NJ Shoreline, as well as the most haunted.

My attempts to take photos through dirty and broken glass.

I want my moldings like this!

Appropriately gloomy day for our visit. This is the property that the home rests on. Absolutely AMAZING view. Dead center is the Verranzano Bridge.

I think I’ve creeped out enough in this blog for a year - officially out of my system. Things in this blog will be a lot less creepy moving forward ;-)

Oh! Creepy is cool! Dare I say I had similar experiences when I lived in an old house in upstate NY? (from post below)

Love the progress, and gorgeous images as always. Keep safe and well!

Love these shots, especially the ones of the beach and the pier! Those clouds just look like they’re grumbling!
