I am taking some time this week to get back on track, so be ready for an influx of blog posts to bring me up to date – and make sure you say hello if you’re visiting!
I spent a day with the G family in November – they have three amazingly beautiful children and I just had such a ball photographing them at their home.
C is a musician. He plays the drums – I will admit, when we first went down to the basement I was not expecting to hear a 5 year old this musically inclined! He’s quite good, I’ll be following his musical career with great interest 😉

It was a basement jamming session!! C loves his drums, so I took a few shots just for him. Mom bought some prints for his room.

From there, we moved outside. The weather was perfectly fall.

I’ll probably end up blowing this one up for somewhere in my office once I figure out what I’m doing in that room.
Much thanks to the G family. It was such a blast and I look forward to seeing the kids again soon!
This was the first professional session for our family and I’m so glad I waited to find Laura! She captured natural shots of the kids, our house, the property, and even us parents, which truly showed the personality of our family. Always what I had hoped for and more. I can’t stop looking at the pictures (which of course we are so anxious to frame) and especially the DVD. Maybe I’m getting old and sappy, but I really do cry every time – all good!
