fine art: harley-davidson softail springer classic

After my brother in law saw the results of my Fine Art Session of the Big Dog Ridgeback he wanted some shots done – or…rather, “suggested” I photograph his bike for content for Shoot-Scoop 😉 . I had already planned to photograph the bike and have some prints done for the holidays as he does…

fine art session: big dog ridgeback

I’m pretty amazed how people are finding me these days. Turns out my sweet ride shots tickled some bike fancy! After I posted those shots, a few weeks later I received a call regarding shooting a Fine Art Session – a Big Dog Ridgeback Motorcycle which has won two “Best of Show” in bike shows…

Skilled artists with a true passion for their work like Laura are hard to find. When seeking out these artists a no compromise attitude is the only way to go. Laura clearly has passion for her craft to go along with a great amount of skill. Her ability to capture the artistry of the subject is quite evident. She was very easy and accommodating to work with, a real pleasure, and simply a great person to meet and know. Plus it was only a 9 hour round trip from our home. Well worth the drive and one we will absolutely do again.

    Thank you very much

    Dear Hugh,
I am so glad you have a finger on the pulse of the fine woman I call my best friend. I felt extra proud of her reading your post. Your Big Dog is COOL. Your photos came out great.

just a teaser…

Most of the time I have a hard time picking out my favorite photographs. This one was easy. It’s absolutely one of my favorite photographs of a recent subject that traveled 4 1/2 hours just to be photographed by me, then traveled 4 1/2 hours home. Keep visiting, I try not to disappoint!
