I was very thankful! Welcome to the nursery.  Remember these?  They’re so peaceful when they’re sleeping. Please say hi…

What an amazing experience this was! I never thought I would ever have pictures taken of me nursing, but you made me feel so comfortable and I love the outcome. You captured one of the most cherished moments between me and my daughter – I will forever treasure these images. And those eyes! You are a true artist that was able to see our daughter’s beauty and relay it so accurately through these photographs. I guess it helped that SIenna was so intrigued by the camera! We had a fabulous time and thank you for capturing this moment for us and making us all feel so beautiful.

Blasted! 2.) I would’ve posted all of my holiday photos prior to the blog’s holiday theme going down – I…

the acosta family

‘Tis the season for family sessions at Laura Bruen Photography. This time of year is great. I get to see *everyone’s* children and see how much they have grown. I really enjoy seeing everyone although during this time I rarely get a chance to just *hang* out with my clients; who also have become dear…

welcome: maria anna!

The DiMaggio Family recently welcomed Maria Anna to the world.  I was called to take some Staten Island Family Portraits. I really enjoyed sharing these moments with this warm & loving family. Just a sampling of my personal favorites. We set up this session last minute (the night before) and ended up with some really…

You know I had to post a comment here – and even though I think I’ve told you about a million times… I have to say it again for the whole world to see… OH MY GOD!!!! My family is in absolute amazement by these pictures. Angelo and Gracelynn were so happy to have had this session done, and the pics that they got from it – well – words can’t describe what it means to them! You captured everything about them in these photos. This is how my family is – always smiling and laughing and just basically HAPPY people! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!ReplyCancel

  • What fabulous photos! You captured a great family dynamic on film beautifully.ReplyCancel
